Services at Brunswick Forest Expand

Brunswick Forest Living

The Villages at Brunswick Forest welcomes the addition of several new businesses, including the A.M. Deli & Diner and Shuckin’ Shack. Community leaders, representatives of Chambliss and Rabil Contractors, Inc., and other local dignitaries came together for the groundbreaking of these newest additions to the Brunswick Forest community on April 4.

Brunswick Forest, a 4,500-acre master-planned golf and residential community, is the fastest growing community in the Coastal South with more than 1,750 homes sold thus far. Located on Town Creek near Leland, Brunswick Forest is about a 10-minute drive from downtown Wilmington on US Highway 17 South.

A number of distinctive neighborhoods include single-family homes, home sites, custom homes, town homes and cottages, all designed to offer a wide range of architectural and lifestyle choices. Home sites are priced from $70,000 and homes from the high-$200s-$800s. Visitors can choose from among myriad model homes that are open for viewing, and many of the models can be easily customized. For residents who desire to design a completely one-of-a-kind home, Brunswick Forest has a carefully selected builder team that can make their dreams a reality.
