American Food At MayfaireTwo restaurants worth noting are at Mayfaire Town Center on Military Cutoff Road. Located next door to the movie theaters is City Tavern, an eatery that features a very extensive menu offering everything from burgers of all types to more formal fare. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and serves brunch on weekends as well. Main Street Brewery is the newest restaurant at Mayfaire. Big sandwiches, platters, salads, beer handcrafted from Front Street Brewery - Wilmington’s own microbrewery - and more than 35 television screens contribute to the fun atmosphere.
